
Over a year ago, at a conference, we were trying to make a point about the sorry state of the Indian government’s web presence.
To show the possibilities, we re-designed the BSNL website homepage to show clarity in communication, navigation and basic usability. I dug up the shot to share it here and BSNLs website still is unchanged.
